As financial markets drop and business confidence dives amid talk of a recession it's not a great time to be raising money for anything. But if the sharemarket seems a bit risky imagine trying to sell an investment that returns nothing but a warm fuzzy feeling. That is exactly what the National Gallery of Victoria is doing as part of a fundraising drive aiming to raise $150-million over the next three years.
