Ten people have been killed in a bus crash in Fiji.

The bus crashed late last night as it was travelling across the main island from the capital, Suva, to Nadi.

On board was a group of relatives travelling to a funeral.

A pregnant woman and her two young children are believed to be among the dead.

Eleven people are still in hospital.

The bus driver survived the crash and is speaking with police.
